What happens each quarter
We refresh your turnover charts with the latest three months of data, flag departments that have drifted from plan, and facilitate a structured discussion with your HR team on hiring and retention priorities for the coming quarter.
You receive updated charts, session notes, and a short written summary suitable for sharing with your CHRO or executive sponsor.

Minimum commitment: two quarters. Sessions held on-site in Korea or via video.
