How the engagement works
Week 1 — Scoping and data intake
We meet your HR team (on-site at your office or via video) to confirm scope, sign a data handling agreement, and collect turnover records, exit interview summaries, and current headcount plans.
Weeks 2–4 — Analysis and visualization
Our analysts clean and segment your data, build department-level turnover charts, compare voluntary departures to your historical baseline, and draft the written risk summary.
Week 5 — Draft review
You receive a draft report for internal review. We incorporate one round of factual corrections before finalizing.
Week 6 — Delivery session
A facilitated one-hour session with your HR team to walk through findings, answer questions, and agree on follow-up priorities for the next quarter.

Final fee depends on employee count, number of sites, and data quality. Organizations under 300 employees typically fall at the lower end; multi-site employers with fragmented records may require additional data preparation time quoted separately.
A 30% deposit confirms your start date. Remaining balance due at draft delivery.
